Reflecting on the Journey: A Year of Growth and a Glimpse into 2026

As the sun sets on 2025, I find myself sitting in a space of deep gratitude. A year is a long time, yet it passes in the blink of an eye. In the holistic world, we often talk about the "breath" of a year—the seasons of expansion and the seasons of quiet reflection.

Looking back on our journey together this year, several themes stand out that have touched my heart and my practice.

A Year of Connection and Community

First and foremost, I want to thank you. Whether you have visited the clinic in Auckland or engaged with our community online, your trust and support are what make this work so fulfilling. We’ve explored some big topics this year—from the complexities of ADHD to the simple, profound joy of having fun.

The Lessons We Carried

This year, we’ve learned that health is so much more than the absence of pain. We’ve talked about:

  • The Power of Boundaries: Learning that "No" is a complete sentence and an act of self-respect.

  • The Importance of Tradition: How rituals calm our nervous systems and give us a sense of belonging.

  • Self-Compassion: The importance of "getting in the picture" and loving ourselves exactly as we are, right now.

Each of these conversations was a step toward a more integrated, whole-body approach to living well.

Looking Forward to 2026

So, what does the new year hold? As we move into 2026, my focus remains on helping you build a life where you feel strong, empowered, and grounded.

In the coming year, we will dive deeper into how we can support our physical bodies through gentle, low-force care, while also nurturing our mental and emotional landscapes. We will continue to challenge the old "people-pleasing" narratives and replace them with a commitment to our own wellbeing.

Your Path Ahead

Every life is up to its owner to make it what they will. My hope for you in 2026 is that you move through the world with a little less worry and a lot more play. That you find the "Art" in your everyday life and that you remember: you count.

Thank you for an awesome 2025. I cannot wait to see what we achieve together in the year ahead.

Wishing you a vibrant and healthy 2026.
